The PRC Thanks Pawling Rotary for Successful Toiletry Drive

On Saturday, May 16^th, Pawling Rotary’s Epic Day of Service Toiletry Drive, benefiting the families and seniors of the PRC, took place, and it was a grand success.  Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., members of the Pawling club, along with PRC executive director Michael Alexander, manned a table outside of Hannaford’s, where they collected 350 pounds of diapers and baby products, 240 pounds of paper products and 155 pounds of personal hygiene products.  In all, 745 pounds of needed items for Pawling’s neighbors in need were collected, including $224 donated by generous Hannaford shoppers.  The Pawling Resource Center also thanks Hannaford’s for its partnership in this endeavor, and the Pawling community for its steadfast support and generosity.
