Winter Coats
Gently used warm outerwear, including hats and gloves, are available for those in need at the Center beginning in October and throughout the winter months.
Donations of coats must be clean and in good condition, and can be dropped off at the PRC October- March.
Most needed: Children’s outerwear, Mens warm jackets.
Less needed: Dress coats and raincoats. Please, no men’s suits or suit jackets.

Holiday Offerings
The Center provides the many ingredients for families to prepare meals for the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Additionally, Christmas baskets for older adults and for children at Easter are distributed.

Backpacks
Each year the Center provides backpacks for children of Pawling families who utilize the Food Pantry. The packs are filled with grade specific supplies needed for academic success.
Pawling residents in need of backpacks and school supplies can sign up starting in July, and pick up their packs at the PRC before school begins.

Adopt a Family
Families who live in Pawling are “adopted” for the Christmas holiday by community members and organizations. Gift cards for groceries, clothing for the children, along with a favored toy for each child, are provided.
How You Can Help
