The Pawling Resource Center Met the Challenge
In late October and November, during the budgeting dispute in Washington, Pawling’s neighbors in need found themselves without the vital SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits that are counted on to defray the rising cost of groceries. Holiday Time is a Busy Time at the PRC
It seems the Pawling Resource Center is always a beehive of activity, and beginning in November, many holiday programs that assist neighbors in need begin to unfold. Although the coat drive officially ended on November 30 th , the PRC will continue to accept new or gently used coats for all ages.
