006A group of 10 volunteers from United Way donated their time and energy to the Pawling Resource Center on Saturday, November 5th. John Brockway, Pawling Resource Center Property Committee Chairman provided an organized list of tasks which were completed by the end of day. With good cheer, the volunteers spread gravel, hung the new PRC banner, and did outdoor repair work around the building.

Several volunteers were stationed inside cleaning medical equipment and wrapping gifts.  Many in attendance were part of the Youth Leadership group of United Way, who regularly donate time to not-for-profit organizations with the goal of providing assistance wherever the need arises. Some volunteers traveled from Fishkill, Hyde Park and Somers to participate in this day of service. Their service and the great amount of work completed is greatly appreciated by the Resource Center.
